We have a customer who is scanning images in TIFF format.  However, CxImage cannot display these and reports a "Improper JPEG component count" error.  It looks like the scanner is messing up the format but customers being customers, this is apparently our problem.  This isn't helped by the fact that the image can be displayed OK using IrfanView and the MS Office Viewer.  If I resave the image using IrfanView (using JPEG compression as the original does) then it works fine in CxImage.

I can supply one of these dodgy TIFFs if required - any advice on getting them to load in CxImage would be great.  Version 6 will open it as a solid black document, which is better than 5.99c.
